This cultural landscape has remained intact since it was first colonized by Ionian Greeks from Paros in the 4th century BC, you can even see the stone walls created when it was first cultivated. This lovely farm, called Hora Farms, has 2,400 years of traditional farming history and all products are made on site, organically. Watch the sunset over the lavender fields as you sample four of their specialty wines and enjoy an epic local feast. Your hosts will also show you how lavender oil was made and allow you to sample a variety of homemade olive oils.
