Turkey acts as something of a gateway between the Mediterranean and the Far East. It’s a scintillating intriguing country, with a heady mix of the exotic and the contemporary. Its sunny climate, brilliant blue seas and beautiful beaches have long attracted holidaymakers to its shores. Add in the promise of delicious food, local drinks and a busy nightlife, and you have pretty much the perfect holiday.

But there’s one way to turn your trip to Turkey into a completely perfect holiday. Anyone who has been will tell you this is the best way to see the country, travelling along its coastline and visiting its array of traditional coastal villages, lively marinas and secluded beaches. For those who enjoy watersports, it also offers a great opportunity for snorkelling and scuba diving, giving you the chance to explore the wonderful array of marine life which lies beneath the still waters.

From your vantage point on board, you can soak up the sun and relax or choose to hop off and explore new shores every day. By night, why not sample some delicious local Turkish cuisine at one of the many welcoming restaurants you’ll come across on your way? Add in a few local drinks and some dancing at one of Turkey’s many nightclubs, and you will have a night (or several nights!) to remember!

Sailing is a great way to see cities and villages, new and old, mix sightseeing with relaxation and take in all of the many treasures Turkey has to offer…
