Our 7-day Mediterranean sailing holidays explore Greece and Croatia, with routes through destinations including the Cyclades, Saronic Gulf, Ionian Islands and Croatian Adriatic. We depart from popular and easy-to-reach ports in Split, Dubrovnik, Athens, Corfu, and Lefkada.
Both are fantastic for couples, but they offer different experiences. Greece gives you a choice of sailing through the Cyclades, Saronic Gulf or Ionian Islands, with whitewashed villages, Greek tavernas and beautiful island towns. The Greek islands often feel more local and smaller in size, with many on island activities and delicious cuisine. Croatia combines Adriatic swimming spots with historic coastal destinations and island hopping from Split or Dubrovnik. Croatia is famous for its wine, islands covered in vineyards and fantastical ancient Venetian fortified towns.
Cabin charter means booking your own private cabin rather than hiring the entire yacht. Our catamarans typically have four to five private double cabins below deck, each with ensuite facilities, charging points, fans and AC. Cabin sizes and layouts vary between yacht categories, with larger Queen+ beds available on selected Superior Plus yachts.
You'll sail with a small group of other Yacht Getaways guests, many of whom also join as couples without knowing anyone else beforehand. With typically four to five guest cabins aboard, it's a much more intimate experience than a traditional cruise and a great opportunity to meet like-minded travellers.
Yes. While you'll share the yacht and many experiences with your fellow guests, there's plenty of opportunity to enjoy time together. Relax in your own cabin or find your own space onboard, and when you reach each destination you can explore independently or join the rest of the group.
Breakfast and lunch are typically enjoyed onboard together, while evenings give you the freedom to discover local restaurants and destinations as a couple or with your fellow guests.
Your 7-day, 6-night sailing holiday includes your ensuite private cabin aboard one of our premium catamarans. Your booking includes freshly made breakfast and lunch daily, one evening meal aboard, soft drinks and wine with meals, coffee and tea, drinking water, fresh linens and towels for the week, your professional skipper and host, and all yacht charter and port fees taken care of. Each yacht has two shared stand-up paddle boards and snorkel gear to use throughout the week.
Absolutely. Cabin charter or booking by cabin is a great option for couples looking for something more adventurous than a traditional resort or large cruise. You'll have your own private ensuite cabin while experiencing Greece or Croatia aboard an intimate premium catamaran, with plenty of room aboard to find your own space to relax together. Just keep in mind that cabin charter is a shared yacht experience, so you'll be sailing alongside other guests.
