At Yacht Getaways, sustainability isn’t just an initiative—it’s at the core of everything we do. We are committed to protecting the stunning destinations we sail through, ensuring they remain as breathtaking for future generations as they are today.
From eco-friendly practices onboard to supporting local communities, we strive to minimise our environmental footprint while giving back to the beautiful ecosystems that make our voyages so special.

We envision a future where luxury sailing and sustainability go hand in hand. Our mission is to show that you can experience adventure and relaxation while being environmentally responsible. By actively promoting sustainable tourism, we not only protect the pristine waters and coastlines we explore but also inspire our guests to engage with the world in a meaningful, eco-conscious way.

One of the biggest environmental issues today is plastic and sadly the hardest hit is our beautiful ocean. We encourage all of our guests to reduce their plastic use while onboard our yachts by using our eco-friendly Yacht Getaways tote bag when shopping and also saying no to pointless plastics during the trip.
We recommend all of our guests bring ocean-friendly products to use on board the yachts – this means eco-friendly sun creams, soaps, deodorants and so on.
With so much time spent in the water, we want to make sure we are keeping our ocean as pristine as possible and clean for our future guests (and generations)!
We are lucky to be able to work with some amazing local providers; who you will meet during your week of sailing at restaurants, bars, and also during any activities. The best part is that by doing this, you are not only supporting sustainable travel but by avoiding tourist hotspots, you will keep your travel budget intact.
