Your booking includes freshly made breakfast and lunch daily, one evening meal aboard, soft drinks and wine with meals, coffee and tea, drinking water, fresh linens and towels for the week, your professional skipper and host, and all yacht charter and port fees taken care of. Each yacht has two shared stand-up paddle boards and snorkel gear to use throughout the week.
Yes. Your booking remains flexible until 90 days before departure, allowing you to move your departure date, route or country and retain your discount percentage, subject to availability and the applicable booking terms. The required deposit is non-refundable after 48 hours of payment.
Our whole yacht booking prices are calculated based on the yacht at full capacity. For Superior Catamarans, the pricing will be calculated for 8 people, and Superior Plus Catamarans will be priced by full yacht capacity from 10+ people. For example, if you have 6 people but would like a private Superior catamaran, your quote will be calculated for the 8-person capacity.
Your required Local Payment of €295 per person before the trip is also based on the yacht at full capacity and must be paid in full for maximum capacity.
Yes, individuals in your group can make their own trip payments, with the full deposit amounts required by 4 January 2027 and the remaining balances to be paid 90 days before departure. This can be managed on their booking portal.
The initial payment is a €800 deposit for the whole yacht required within 48 hours of your booking confirmation, equivalent to €100pp when shared between eight guests. If you book a Superior Plus Catamaran, this will be €100 per person initial deposit for 10-12 people. You can secure the yacht before all members of your group have confirmed and finalised their individual payments.
No. Your yacht comes with a professional skipper who takes care of sailing and navigation throughout the week, so no previous sailing experience is required. But you can always get involved if you would like to take the help, learn some ropes, and help the skipper sail!
Our yachts per route are limited, and filling up fast. To secure your preferred travel week and route, it is best to book well in advance. This allows you to choose the best dates for your group on a private yacht, while also retaining the Early Bird Sale discounts.
Our team will contact you for the remaining deposit balance and send a reminder beforehand. If you have not paid your remaining deposit amount by 4 January 2027, we will need to cancel your booking.
Book a 15-minute call or video chat with a member of our team and let us help you plan your dream sailing vacation.
