I don’t even know where to begin - this experience was beyond words. From the crystal-blue waters to the charming little towns, and waking up every morning to the most amazing breakfasts, it was truly unforgettable. Sharing it all with friends made it even more special. A huge shoutout to Angus and Lucy—both were so attentive to our every need. Whether it was a small request or an unexpected issue, they handled it right away with such care. And a special thank you to Lucy for preparing the most delicious breakfasts and lunches for us every single day.

I would say this was a once in a lifetime experience, except we loved it so much that I am already planning to take my sister back. Victor was an incredible skipper, affable and fun, with excellent boat handling and safety procedures. Betty was an exceptional host and cook with healthy, different and delicious food at every meal. We have tasted nothing better in Greece. The route, with all its secret swim spots and gorgeous villages was perfect. Often away from the maddening crowd, all part of Victor’s plan. The Ionian islands are beautiful.

This was our first sailing experience and it was outstanding! Our captain and co captain, Alex and Salome were superb! The stops were all so picturesque and the meals they prepared were Michelin star worthy!! I would highly recommend this cruise. We had a great experience and would recommend Yacht Getaways.

My husband and I did the Athens Explorer trip and it was fantastic! Our skipper Eimear and host Lily were very knowledgeable and so much fun to talk to. There was some weather issues on the back half of the trip which altered the schedule a bit but Eimear was on top of it and constantly working on alternative stops making sure we had fun and stayed safe. Lily's food tasted amazing and was gorgeous to look at every day, and you could tell she put a lot of care into each dish. Over all the trip was definitely worth it and we would recommend going to anyone on the fence!

Manu and Sara were a special treat as our skipper and host! Manu kept us informed about our itinerary, ports of call and times. Sara created spectacular Mediterranean dishes for us, with wine and beer included. The itinerary was set, with a combination of old port towns and remote islands. Manu worked to accommodate our request to include some beach clubs as well. Highly recommend YACHT GETAWAYS!

Truely Wonderful experience. If you ever wanted to sail around the Greek Islands but not have to worry about the actual docking and admin side of a boat this is for you. Our Skipper was JJ and she managed the Cat superbly, and was always thinking of little hidden spots we would love.
Every day we would wake up to a fab breakfast cooked fresh by Liv, whose presentation would put a 5 star buffet to shame. Lunch was cooked everyday for us and each day was something different. One of the girls was vegetarian and liv created a unique dish just for her for each meal.
Our room was comfortable, it’s a queen sized bed and there is a small wardrobe and mini bathroom. We heeded the advice to bring soft sports bags, and were greatful. We left our big bags at the hotel we stayed in at Vasiliki before our trip and post our trip which was great, and just took boat clothes with us. A good move, the others had to store the bags in their shower as there is no walk around room.
Each night a different port and a different experience. Good shopping good food and great company.
Our fellow passengers were wonderful. A couple from Perth, three solo ladies and the two of us plus two crew. This is a great way to travel if you are single but want to see things with others. We all bonded well and everyone got on and enjoyed each others company.
I swam for hours, snorkeling every stop to see the different fish. Truely picture perfect. This would be a difficult trip for people with mobility issues or who couldn’t swim. Great for people who are active and fit. Love love loved everyday. The perfect stress free holiday.

We had SUCH and amazing week with JJ and Liv on the Lefkada trip. It was everything we were looking for and such a professional experience that I would recommend to anyone. The water was so blue, the food was amazing, JJ got us to the best spots and Liv was an absolute delight as our host. Thank you so much. We can't wait to return to Greece :)
